Ali Campbell - Founder
Ali runs The Resource, a youth and children's ministry consultancy service which equips, trains and supports those in children's, youth and family ministry. Check out his website here. |

Mary Hawes - Trustee
The Revd. Mary Hawes is an experienced Children's Ministry specialist. Having trained as a teacher, she worked for Scripture Union, Rochester Cathedral and the Diocese of London, before becoming the Church of England's National Children and Youth Adviser. She now serves as Associate Vicar in a south London parish where she tries to put theory into practice. She also chairs the Governing Body of her local church primary school, volunteers with the Bookmark Charity, and is a practitioner and Trustee of Godly Play UK |

Ruth Hassall - Trustee

Helen Wheeler - Trustee
Helen Wheeler is a youth worker in Brighton, currently working for Kidz Klub Brighton & Hove with children and young people from non-church backgrounds. She was previously youth leader at her church and has also worked for Brighton and Hove City Mission on their schools team. Her background is teaching, both teenagers and pre-school.

Matt Smith - Trustee
Matt has worked with young people for over 20 years working within several Baptist churches, youth work charities and the NHS. He specialises in mentoring young people one to one, particularly within school contexts, leading him to pioneer a network of professionals providing support for young people in the local schools. Matt recently started as the Youth and Community Outreach worker at Portobello Baptist Church in Edinburgh. Matt is a keen guitarist which includes leading worship, loves to go for walks and a pub lunch, and thoroughly enjoys kicking a football about with other people.

Amie Buhari - Trustee
Amie is the founder and Chief Executive of The Hebe Foundation. Amie has over 25 years youth work and management experience in various organisations such as theatre's, environmental companies, TRA Associations, churches, youth clubs etc. Amie's skills include teaching, facilitation, project management, counselling and event co-ordination. She is also an actress, singer, percussionist and writer.
In 2016 Amie won the Wise Women in Leadership Award and, in 2017, a Point of Light Award with letter of recognition from the Prime Minister. |
